Return to Activity
Our Return to Activity program is for individuals who are recently recovering from an injury. It's designed to restore functional strength and, if needed, enhance sport-specific skills to return to sport activities. Training is supervised by physical therapists and facilitated by sports medicine specialists who specialize in rehabilitation.
